Attend IDEA's Technical Conference I on Saturday, April 13, 2013 to have all your questions answered. As a bonus to registering for the conference you get a wonderful opportunity of attending the first ever Meet and Greet hosted by the Embassy of India. Along with current IDEA members, the attendees will include representatives Commissioners from the Maryland Governor's Commission on South Asian Affairs, the Arts Commission of the various counties - Montgomery, Baltimore, Howard, Loudon, Fairfax and Arlington county, as well as Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) representatives from the White House. Additionally, Maryland Delegates Mr. Kumar Bharve and Ms. Aruna Miller will be present.
This platform will facilitate a dialogue between our IDEA members and the attendees and help cultivate awareness of the different Indian Classical Dance Forms. A directory listing Indian Dance Practitioners by State and County will be distributed at the reception.
Registration:
$25 for IDEA Current Members and $40 for non-members. Registration includes a CD containing all the presentations and samples.And for members only, registration also includes invitation to the Meet & Greet at the Embassy of India.
